Europe- $25 (Australia, France, Germany, Switzerland, United Kingdom, Ireland)

Canada- $20

United States- $10.95 (Free Shipping on orders over $150)

GUARANTEE AND RETURNS 

Our garments are manufactured to the highest quality and, as always, carry a garment lifetime guarantee on the embellishments. If any components should become detached for the life of the garment, we will repair or replace it.

Guarantee:

Crystalli Inc. guarantees all of its products from all manufacturing defects. Should any embellishment ever become detached we will repair or replace it at no charge for the life of the garment.  Please contact us at alex@crystalli.us.

Returns:

We accept all returns received 20 days after you receive your order. The item must be in the original shipping condition with hangtags and labels attached.  NOTE: We accept returns until January 15 for all purchases during the months of November and December. 

We offer an unconditional return policy on merchandise that has been damaged during shipping or for any manufacturing defects. 

If you wish to return an item that is the wrong size or you are not fully satisfied for any other reason, we will be glad to refund the cost of your item, however, we cannot be responsible for shipping charges.
